Dive The Smalls on Friday? It may be out of range with the amount of people paticipating over the weekend, so, if anyone is interested in attempting the dive on Friday let me know. Max 6 per boat.Weather permitting. Its a long way and very exposed, so would suggest anyone pre-disposed to sea sickness gives it serious thought. See attached file for info. on the Smalls

Anne has taken up the baton of organising a trip to Bikini Atoll after Brad's departure to Germany. After some searching she has an offer a week on Bikini in October 2008 - the amount of slots available for Bikini are very limited. Combining this with another centre - perhaps the Phillipines - and the travel time, will probably mean 2 - 3 weeks away. Being realistic I expect the cost to be around £5000.00. Could anyone who is interested please let me know ASAP as we need to reserve the time on Bikini. Other venus / resorts can be discussed later. I am not sure of the exact web address of the company but they are called Scuba Safaris. Please reply quickly as the we will be booking this in the next week. John Moss Sunday, April 1

4 members attended a re-compression chamber and standard diving dress experience near York at the beginning of March. Expectations were not high but it proved to be a very informative and enjoyable day. The re-compression chamber "dive" to 50M brought home to everyone the effects of narcosis. The standard diving dress was quite something. The staff maintained the total weight of the equipment was 75kg. It certainly seemed like it. A few photos can be viewed HERE. Photos of individuals in the suit are bit irrelevent as it is impossible to tell who it is.
